SPEECHIOX SAFETY

Moderation Rules

Speechiox protects open discussion by reviewing content that may create legal, safety, quality or platform integrity risks.

Moderation is not used to remove opinions simply because they are unpopular or controversial. It is used to protect the structure that makes open discussion possible.

Our Moderation Principle

A strong opinion can be allowed. A harmful attack, threat, manipulation attempt or abusive pattern can be restricted or removed.

1. Thesis Review

A submitted thesis may be reviewed before publication. Speechiox may check whether the text is clear, discussable, understandable and suitable for open debate.

If a thesis is unclear, too personal, spam-like or risky, it may be improved, sent to review, rejected or not published.

2. Comment Review

Comments may be reviewed to ensure they respond to the thesis or discussion instead of attacking users personally.

Comments that include harassment, insults, threats, hate, spam or manipulation may be restricted or removed.

3. AI-Assisted Review

Speechiox may use automated systems to help detect unclear content, harmful language, spam, duplicate content, language issues, topic relevance and moderation risks.

AI review helps support moderation, but it does not replace platform responsibility.

4. Human Review

Administrators may review content manually, especially when automated systems are uncertain or when content has been reported.

Human review may confirm, correct or override automated review results.

5. Content Status

Content on Speechiox may have different moderation statuses.

Published Pending Review Needs Improvement Rejected Removed

6. Language Risk

Languages on Speechiox are access layers. A language area may be monitored more closely if it creates serious legal, safety, moderation or platform integrity risks.

In extreme cases, Speechiox may restrict, pause or disable a language area.

7. Spam and Manipulation

Speechiox may restrict repeated duplicate content, fake engagement, automated posting, coordinated manipulation, misleading behavior or mass abuse.

The platform is designed for real participation, not artificial influence.

8. Reports

Users may be able to report content that appears to violate Speechiox rules.

Reports may lead to review, but they do not automatically mean that content will be removed.

9. Public Voices

Public Voices may be reviewed more carefully when their profile information creates a higher risk of impersonation, misleading identity claims or public confusion.

Visibility is voluntary, but public information must not be used to deceive users.

10. No Guaranteed Publication

Submitting a thesis or comment does not guarantee publication.

Speechiox may delay, review, reject or remove content when needed to protect users, platform integrity or legal compliance.

Possible Moderation Actions

Depending on the situation, Speechiox may limit visibility, request improvement, move content to review, reject content, remove content, restrict participation or disable certain features.

These actions are used to protect open discussion, not to silence fair disagreement.

CORE PRINCIPLE

Moderation protects the space where disagreement can happen safely.

Speechiox allows strong opinions, but it does not allow abuse, threats, manipulation or harmful attacks.
